Shipping
Since our cookies & treats are made without preservatives, the faster they arrive to your destination, the better. Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority; a 2-3 business days ship time. To ensure fresh-from-the-oven taste, we do not ship Thursdays-Sundays.
Once you place an order, we will bake and ship it within 48 hours, unless a later arrive-by-date is desired. Please note that from Thanksgiving- December 31 we kindly ask for at least three days notice on all orders. Large orders require more notice.
Rush orders may be accommodated as long as our schedule permits.
Orders can be picked up at our kitchen, located at 1 Town Line Road, Plainville. Please call us at 860-877-3707 if you would like to arrange for pick-up.
Our shipping and processing charge is intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packaging the products you have purchased, and delivering products to you and/or the recipient you designate.
